As I said I’d rather Scotland had full fiscal responsibility anyway.

A Scottish life is already valued at fifteen hundred quid or so more per year than an English life via the BF.

Not sure what department Internet access comes under but the chances are it’s a devolved issue so Brownie can’t touch it in his own constituency.
